As you can tell from my blog lately, I LOVE Christmas. And other than the fact that I love Joey and Jessica, I love their winter wedding! Jessica & Joey’s wedding actually happened after Christmas, but it felt so Christmasey that day, the inspiration is really strong for a Christmas/ winter wedding.
As you can see from my other blog post, Joey and Jessica are a super outdoorsy couple. They enjoy all things earthy and wild. Their wedding was a true embodiment of their personalities. From the tree-filled venue to the beautiful decor indoors and the Wedding Entertainment, the day just burst with their personas.
Winter Wedding Venue
Joey and Jessica decided on Black Fox Farms in Cleveland, TN for many reasons. Other than the obviously beautiful grounds and barn, the staff were super helpful and friendly. We experienced this ourselves when the owner of the venue offered to get a ladder for us to get the best dress shot! It was a big hassle for him to do it, but he never complained and only wanted the best for Jessica and Joey. They were so sweet! Naturally, your wedding venue is so important, but you’ll definitely want a location that is at least relatively close to home. You may be more interested in having your wedding at the Manor House Hotel if you’re looking for a classy venue that’s in a more manageable location for yourself.
I loved Jessica’s beautiful gown from Prado in Chattanooga. The staff there are also super friendly! Jessica told me she had a wonderful time working with their staff. Picking the right wedding dress is so important. It’s often the dress of the bride’s dreams and as such it makes sense to want to keep it in perfect condition as a memento of the special day. For wedding dress preservation, wedding gown preservation, wedding dress box solutions, try contacting a company like Love Your Dress. Jess was simply a vision with hair and makeup by stylist, Aleta Chase at Bliss Day Spa.
It’s rare that we get to sit down and eat at a wedding, but Joey and Jessica graciously scheduled time in their evening for us to refuel. And wow, was it amazing! The last wedding we went to had very good Wedding Catering in place, and this one was no slouch either. There was a great variety of choices, and whilst we didn’t sit down with everyone we still got to eat our fill! The scrumptious food was catered by Two Women in a Kitchen (we just love their name!) and the gorgeous cake was provided by Publix . That cake topper is SO Jess & Joey!
Their exit was a beautiful light-filled moment that left us in a winter wonderland state. We hope you’ve enjoyed Jessica & Joey’s wedding. Check out these awesome vendors to make your wedding an awesome reality!
